Group Tours
"I have found out there ain't no surer way to find out whether you like people or hate them than to travel with them." - Mark Twain A tour of the Mark Twain Boyhood Home & Museum will be a memorable trip for your group! Our properties allow your group to be easily dropped off at the door, where restrooms and a water fountain are easily accessible. Groups then go through the properties at their own pace, allowing everyone to see the museum at their leisure. The Mark Twain Boyhood Home & Museum encompasses eight buildings including six historically significant buildings and two exciting, interactive museums whose collections include fifteen original Norman Rockwell paintings. Come discover how a young boy growing up in the small village of Hannibal became one of the world's most beloved authors. A self-guided tour of the Mark Twain Boyhood Home & Museum properties gives you the chance to explore the Hannibal of Samuel Clemens' childhood and experience the beloved stories he created as Mark Twain through the power of his imagination. The museum properties are nestled in the heart of downtown Hannibal, allowing your group to browse the many unique shops and take in the scenic peacefulness of the muddy Mississippi during their tour.
